  • Your MP - Whilst this is now law, laws can be updated, even repealed.
  • Ofcom - They are seeing the Act is enforced in accordance with their guidelines (which have yet to be written).
  • Your ISP - Whilst many ISP did not back the bill, they are responsible for seeing it enforced and are normally keen to keep customers.
