What Court?

At present the page says disconnection cannot occur until (among other conditions)

  • "your disconnection has been approved in court (which you must be informed of at the time)."

What court? Is there a judicial process required? (This was a point of argument with HADOPI in France.) -- Jimrhiz 09:29, 14 April 2010 (UTC)

Court was definitely mentioned in the clause 18 stuff I went through and I'm sure in the Lords 3rd reading somebody mentioned it didn't define whether it was the high court or a local magistrate, I'll dig out the reference and cite it in the article Glenn 13:02, 14 April 2010 (UTC)

I was about to point you to Amendment 7a (which replaced clause 18) Part 1 [1] but that only applies to blocking sites, I'm sure I read similar for connection, but I may be mistaken. I'll reword the text until I'm sure.
